    Well done. My only addition was going to be ‘beat the press’ but I see you’ve, um, beat me to it.

    The institutional focus of some of these blogs, man… sucks the hope right outta me when I read too many in the morning.

  2. I’m not sure reading all these blogs in the morning is good for anyone… of course this blog has only benefits to offer, but some of these…

    That all said, I am a bit encouraged by the institutional bent of some of these blogs, at least it’s out there… I’m personally more excited by the History of Thought blogs and some of the student / recent lecturer people, and the development people in the field who are blogging. I can live without the Mankiw one. Quite Happily.
